Chloé Carine is an artist living in the New Forest, UK. She graduated from the University of Brighton in 2004 with a degree in graphic design, and spent 15 years working as a graphic designer and art director.

In 2020, she stepped back from designing to focus on her own creative practice. She also completed a foundation course at the Faculty of Astrological Studies and developed a deep interest in astrology. Life changes, a move from London to the coast, and the daily chaos of family life, reframed her work. Every day moments, the constant calls of “Mum Mum Mum,” the rhythm of school pick-ups and drop-offs, and the desperate need to get things out of her system, became material. This ongoing practice explores motherhood and everyday life through a playful lens.

Her other project, “Portals,” combines abstract watercolour painting with her deep interests in astrology and water consciousness. Creating art at specific astrological alignments to channel the energy and infuse it into the art.
